FSS StairwellSim – Stair Pressurization Software (Free Beta)

FSS StairwellSim is our free stair pressurization design software for fire and life safety engineers. It uses the NIST CONTAM airflow network model to check the pressure difference and door-opening force on every floor against NFPA 92, IBC, the UAE Fire Code, SBC 801 and EN 12101-6, with editable limits. It calculates the required fan flow and open-door velocity, produces a PDF report, and includes two worked examples: a 20-storey office building and a 40-storey residential tower with vestibules.
